Join us for our February Carbon Neutral Coffee meetup in Lancaster!
Carbon Neutral Coffee is a morning meetup of learning and networking around sustainable business practices. Held on the last Thursday of each month, CNC meetups explore different pathways to climate solutions for businesses, organizations, and communities. We’ll hear from a guest speaker who’s an expert in that field, engage in lively conversation, and build connections.
Update for 2026: We have changed locations! This year, Carbon Neutral Coffee Lancaster will meet most months at the High Leadership Center (1861 William Penn Way, Lancaster, PA 17601).

Learn about the history of MVE Group and get an overview of some of their solar offerings, such as ground mounts, rooftops, canopies, and floating. Plus, hear Vice President of Solar Ted Gallagher discuss his recent white paper, “Solar Without Subsidies: Why Clean Energy Still Works – Even When Incentives Fade.”
MVE Group had its start in 1973 when MVE, an electrical contracting firm, was established in a small barn in rural Ephrata, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. MVE Group grew from just an electric contractor by adding ESCO security in 1984 and then expanding into solar in 2009.

With over two decades of experience in multiple industries, I have honed my skills in building strong and lasting relationships and providing valuable strategic advice to venture capitalists and private investors.
Lou Lesperance
As the Director of Solar Revenue & Strategy at MVE Group, my focus is helping commercial and industrial organizations unlock real value through solar projects that best fit their short and long-term goals. My background in sales and mentorship drives me to continually learn and help others whenever possible.
