Shweta joined Ecore International in April 2024 and leads the company’s circularity initiatives across its value chain. Shweta’s passion for circularity has seen her be a speaker at Sustainable Brands 2025, participate in expert webinars and most recently provide her views on recycled rubber on the Better Play Initiative’s podcast. Shweta is an industry and function agnostic practitioner of general management with career experiences spanning strategy, marketing, R&D and management consulting.
