What’s At Stake?

The effects of climate change aren’t a challenge we can put off to deal with in the future; it’s an ongoing process that is impacting every part of our livelihood. It’s a global problem that requires local action.

In 2018, Lancaster County emitted 10.5 million Metric Tons of CO2 equivalent and spent $2.5 billion on fossil fuels. That’s equal to an ExtraGive every other day. We believe we can do better for our economy, the community, and the climate.  By localizing climate solutions, we provide opportunities for people and communities to take action that creates a collective impact.

The projections for a bleak future are not inevitable and the possibility that we could solve and reverse climate change gives us hope.

Why We Formed

Lancaster County is a leader in so many valuable arenas – organic agriculture, refugee resettlement, clean water action, etc. But when our founder, Eric Sauder, looked for climate-focused resources, he realized our community came up short in addressing climate change.

RegenAll is putting the pieces and pulling the resources together to help Lancaster County move toward a brighter, more resilient future.

How We Work

We want to create possibility!  RegenAll is a nonprofit focused on catalyzing regeneration across rural and urban communities. We believe there is an opportunity for a resilient future across various solutions.  Not just single, global solutions but small contributions from many places.  This is the foundation that guides our work.

To accomplish this, we identify, coordinate, and lay the groundwork for implementing local climate solutions.  From our grassroots climate action neighborhoods to our work gathering key stakeholders around the table, we are actively developing clear pathways for individuals, households, businesses, the agricultural community, and local governments to engage in climate action.  The programs we offer make entry-level action accessible and larger carbon-neutral commitments possible.

We recognize there are incredible organizations in our community whose missions have climate-beneficial side effects.  And local options exist for people to make their lifestyles, homes, and businesses carbon-neutral.  RegenAll brings these to the forefront and will connect you to them.

Always working with integrity is as important to us as the work itself. We desire community change for the better, by including everyone, so that all people might feel empowered to have agency and take action.

Who We Are

Eric Sauder

President & Founder

Eric is a social innovator focused on climate change with a background in engineering, sustainability, and design. Eric has worked alongside farmers and natural resource professionals to create new programs and support for farmers to sequester carbon, generate ecosystem services, and create resilient agricultural economies. Motivated by the opportunity for a more regional climate response, Eric founded RegenAll to catalyze regeneration across rural and urban communities.

Executive Director

For over 20 years Leilani has brought together constituents around regional initiatives -natural resource management, farmland preservation, and education. Aidan Fife

Director of Community Engagement

Aidan Fife is returning to his hometown of Lancaster with a passion for ecology, regenerative agriculture, and education. After international experience with the Peace Corps and work at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in DC, he has shifted his focus locally, finding ways where Lancastrians can collaborate to build better soils, community, and climate resilience. When Aidan isn’t inside dreaming of a vibrant regenerative future, you can find him on nearby farms installing silvopasture or teaching children the art of planting potatoes.
