The Climate Town Hall is a community gathering designed to inspire conversation and connection around local climate solutions. You’re invited to learn about climate action and connect with folks from diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
When and Where
Sunday, January 26th | 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Hamilton Park Church (1210 Maple Avenue, Lancaster, PA)
What to Expect
- Discover tangible ways to get involved with local climate action.
- Connect with people, organizations, and resources.
- Share stories and ideas with fellow community members.
- Learn about RegenAll’s programs, resources, and impact.
- Listen to performances by local poet Sir Dominique Jordan and local musician and songwriter Andrew Pauls.
- Enjoy a social hour!
- Be one of the first people to partake in RegenAll’s first ever climate pie.
Not only will you be able to visualize Lancaster’s carbon inventory, but you also will be able to eat it! RegenAll researched Lancaster’s carbon emissions and found that they came from six major sectors in the county: industrial energy; transportation; residential energy; commercial energy; AFOLU (agriculture, forestry, and other land uses); and solid waste. At our Climate Town Hall, these will be represented by six different pies, which were generously donated in part by Lancaster Pie and Coffee. Which flavor will represent each sector is up for debate. Come help us eat away at Lancaster’s carbon emissions together!
