RegenAll’s Leadership Model

We acknowledge the unique nature of having both a President/Founder and Executive Director. RegenAll is made up of a dynamic, nimble team that is growing in 2026. We strive to provide team members with appropriate levels of independence and trust while supporting each other through collaboration. Team members work remotely most days, with in-person and virtual check ins and team meetings on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This cadence can evolve according to the needs of the team as it grows, with the guidance of the Executive Director.
