Looking back at 2025, the word that resonates most deeply across our organization is resilience. In a world facing shifting climates and evolving challenges, RegenAll has adapted, strengthened, and deepened our roots. This Impact Report is a testament to that growth; but more importantly, it is a celebration of the community that makes our work possible. At RegenAll, we believe that the strength of our external impact is directly tied to the clarity of our internal foundation. True climate resilience cannot be built in isolation. It is grown row by row, conversation by conversation, and partnership by partnership right here in our community. To build an unwavering climate ecosystem, our leadership must operate as a deeply aligned, united front where relationships are valued above all else, and every leader works in a distinct, complementary lane.

The past year put this theory to the ultimate test, serving as a season of profound structural renewal for RegenAll. We navigated the rewarding transition of welcoming a nearly entirely new Board of Directors, culminating in Emily stepping into her role as Board President at the end of 2025. This pivotal period laid the groundwork for further key organizational shifts, including transitioning to a new chapter of daily operations as Alessandra stepped in as Executive Director at the start of 2026. Moving through this volume of change encouraged us to look inward, solidify our purpose, and define our roles with absolute clarity. Eric anchored the big vision of where we are going, Alessandra led the operational execution of how we get there, and Emily guided our Board to steward the organization’s success. By running hard in our own lanes, we turned potential vulnerability into a stronger, more sustainable foundation from the ground up.

We emerge from this transformative year stronger, clearer in our purpose, and more interconnected than ever before. As we enter this next chapter, we stand shoulder to shoulder, completely unwavering in our commitment to local climate action.
