A group conversation to identify challenges and opportunities for local climate resilience.
Carbon Neutral Coffee meetups are all about learning. This time, we’re setting the stage for action by flipping the format: focused small-group discussions and a collective report-out of priority issues.
Ahead of the session, we’re circulating a community survey to capture the organizational obstacles on the path to sustainable solutions and climate resilience.
Using those responses as our starting point, we’ll dig into the challenges facing local businesses and identify opportunities for action. Whether you’re seasoned or just beginning with sustainability initiatives, you’ll benefit from peer conversations that surface “problems worth solving.”
Most importantly, you’ll help shape what comes next — defining what’s most frustrating and where our community can make progress together for the benefit of all organizations committed to environmental stewardship.
The session will be led by innovation strategist Jen Reiner, and is designed to be both lively and thought-provoking.
As Jen notes: “We can’t solve problems until we define them in insightful ways. It’s not just about identifying the biggest issues — it’s about finding where small steps forward can create ripple effects across an organization, and then the community.”
This session will leave you with new knowledge and fresh energy — and start to spark ideas for how, together, we can collaborate and push each other forward.

About Jen Reiner
Jen is the founder and lead strategist at Align Ltd – a strategy consultancy with a social mission. As an innovation facilitator, Jen helps organizations identify and design new services and strategies by providing stakeholder research, idea workshops, and strategic planning. Jen partnered with Regenall over 2 years ago to create the CNC meetups out of the desire to help businesses play a more active role in environmental stewardship. She explores the climate economy and has developed frameworks to help companies find growth opportunities and avoid the downside of market disruption. Her full bio is on LinkedIn.
